Gray Line Scotland (Ltd) Terms and Conditions.
Once Gray Line Scotland confirms your booking a contract is made between Gray Line Scotland and you as our client upon the terms and conditions
set out below. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Courtesy Pick up Service
For your convenience we offer a morning pick up service from a variety of Edinburgh locations. This service is free from a selection of central Edinburgh locations and you simply choose from a list of pickup points during the booking process and once you book we will send you a confirmation email with all the information you need. Our drivers have to work under strict legal and time restrictions; therefore you will be dropped back at convenient stops in the city centre, depending on the traffic conditions. We are unable to wait for you if you are not ready for the pickup time given as we run to a strict morning schedule, on some occasions you may be able to take a taxi and meet our coach at a later pick up point. Gray line will not cover the cost of your taxi.
